From the moment I saw the sign, I knew this place was going to be my kind of spot. It has a classic butcher shop vibe, but with a cozy and lively atmosphere. Since it was Saturday night, the restaurant was packed with people enjoying their meals.

- Many places serve slightly frozen beef or thick-cut pears that overpower the dish, but here, the beef was perfectly soft and fresh, and the pear slices were thin, enhancing the texture rather than overwhelming it.
